How To Use Castor Oil For Fertility
Make sure you have the following:
- bottle of castor oil
- hot water bottle
- piece of wool flannel
- plastic shopping bag OR large washer (washcloth)
Put about a tablespoon of the oil onto your lower abdomen, smoothing it across all of the area.
Use your washcloth or plastic bag to place across the lower abdomen, than place your hot water bottle on top.
Now for the easy bit lie down and read a book or sit at your computer whilst you let the castor oil do its magic for a minimum of 45 minutes, up to 90 minutes.
Try to do this routine at least 3 times a week, up to a maximum of 5 times weekly to really get the full benefits of castor oil.
PLEASE NOTE:
Do not apply the castor oil whilst you are on your period.
If you are trying to conceive, do not apply after ovulation each cycle.
If you have cuts or broken skin or a rash on your lower abdomen, hold off using the castor oil until better.
