Include alot of high fibre foods in your endometriosis diet -Make sure you eat plenty of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole-grains. These types of foods, along with plenty of water will help to keep you regular and fight constipation, one of the symptoms of endometriosis.
High fibre foods can include brown rice, beans, peas. Green vegetables in particular are great - the darker the leaf, the better! They are great for fertility in general. So think of things like parsley, spinach leaves, basil leaves, lettuce, kale, bok choy, celery and cauliflower.
