The benefits of green tea are worth checking into. This powerful anti-oxidant is considered a natural healer and has been used for 1000's of years by the Chinese for its medicinal benefits. Don't take the Chinese word for it though! Green tea has been used for many medicinal benefits for such a long time now, infact this wonderful tea dates back 4000 years as a medicine and beverage for good health!
It can assist with infertility, and even reduce some forms of cancer such as esophageal cancer(as produced by the Journal of the National Cancer Institute in 1994).

Check out this video about why green tea is so good for fertility:

Why Is Green Tea Better Than Other Teas?

Green tea is actually better for you than black tea because of the way it is made. With green tea the leaves are steamed instead of fermented. If fermented the leaves don't hold nearly as much of the good stuff because it becomes oxidized.
Green tea also has a compound known as EGCG that is about 100 times more powerful than Vitamin C and Vitamin E.
