- Did you know caesarians are on the increase. In-fact in the last 10 years there has been an increase of nearly 30%! More and more women are choosing to have babies later in life, this might have something to do with it!
- The average age today for a first time mother is between 25 and 29... but if women keep leaving things later and later, and follow the recent pattern, the average age will continue to rise! Did you know the average age was once 21... times are a-changing!

- The first test-tube twins were born in 1981.
- About 10% of pregnancies end in miscarriages.
