Femera Benefits: Find out how it can help you conceive

Femera Benefits:
Find out how it can help you conceive

femera
Femera (commonly spelt femara and also known as letrozole). You take it as a tablet, usually once a day on day three through to day seven of your cycle or day five through to day nine (day one being the first day of your period).
Why would you take femara though?

Check out this video that will answer some common questions about Femara and Clomid:

Femara For Fertility -
What Are The Benefits

Although this drug has mainly been used for breast cancer treatment, it can help you if you have ovulation problems, or if you have unexplained infertility and is becoming more known for this use.
Please note the drug at the time of writing this hasn't been officially FDA approved for fertility use, but is prescribed by many doctors as it has been shown to have a lot of success for some women who've had trouble conceiving previously.
If clomid hasn't worked, some doctors recommend giving femara a try.
Not only can it help to induce ovulation by inhibiting your estrogen levels so that your Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) will increase to help mature and ripen some good follicles to better your chances of having a well formed egg that will hopefully become fertilized by a sperm.
If you don't have ovulation problems but have had trouble conceiving, femera can help by creating multiple follicles, and therefore more than one egg might release at ovulation, increasing your likelihood of an egg being fertilized - in some cases if more than one is fertilized twins or triplets could even occur.

Femara Risks

As with any type of medication there are risks that can occur with the drug. Most people don't even have side-effects, but of course, some people can experience some unwanted symptoms or signs.
You need to be aware that you are stimulating your ovaries, and therefore can be at risk of over-stimulating them. So always consult with your doctor before deciding to increase a dosage yourself.
If you feel sweating, hot flashes, joint pain and arthritis, headaches or swelling, back-pain, and nausea, vomiting and diarrhea or drowsiness - it could be because of femara.
