How Long Does It Take To Work?

Normally vitex can take up to 6 months to really infiltrate your system and do its best work for you. It took me at-least 4 months to notice good positive changes in my cycle.

After 4 months you may notice if your cycle is irregular, it starts becoming more predictable and regulated. You may find you start finding some relief from heavy period pain too.
You can talk with your local Naturopath to find out if this might be a good herb for you. This is a safe herb, but shouldn't be taken once pregnancy is actually achieved.
You can take it for up to 18 continuous months, in the morning and usually as a single dose, so it's a very easy thing to incorporate into your daily routine.
The best part is, because it's a herb, you aren't actually taking hormones - your taking a herb which should help to balance your hormones.
