What If You Aren't
In A Healthy Weight Range

If you aren't in a healthy weight range there are plenty of things you can do to give your body and mind a good kick start!
I did say body AND mind, because when your body is working like clock-work, the mind tends to follow.
There are heaps of benefits to enjoy when you are in a healthy weight range.
Life is generally easier because you manage things better. Why? Because if you are overweight you are carrying extra weight and you can feel physically uncomfortable. If you are an ideal weight you can have a bit more confidence too.
Also, if you are underweight, life isn't easier, you can experience dizziness, lower energy levels... it's not a good place to be in.
So depending upon what your outcome is, you may need to look into forms of exercise to help get your body back into the swing of things.

If you are heavily overweight, and find that exercise seems daunting all-together, start with gentler exercises like yoga or walking. Than when you are more comfortable you can go into more aerobic forms of exercise like tennis, or jogging.

Make sure you are eating right. You hear it all the time, but the benefits of a healthy diet can't be expressed enough. You are what you eat.
Lots of fruit and vegetable, smaller carbohydrate portions and less processed food are some hints towards better eating patterns. But again, it depends on your situation as to what you will need to do, your situation may require a different diet.
In summary, calculating your bmi is easy, but making lifestyle changes to make sure you stay in your ideal BMI range could take a little more effort.
Just remember, nothing great ever came from anything that was easy!
