Exercise And Fertility:
Find out how to conceive by exercising

Exercise and fertility work really well together.

Your body needs to have good blood flow into your pelvic region to ensure your body is operating at peak performance for conception.
Not only that, but exercise does so many other things that will benefit you fertility wise:
- It helps ease stress,

- it can help you maintain a good weight range,

- it can also help keep you positive and give you something to really focus on when your mind is caught up thinking about the disappointment of having another month without getting pregnant yet.

- exercise can actually increase your libido, which is especially good when you are trying to have a baby. Sometimes intercourse can become a bit of a chore when you are going through trying to conceive.

Check out this short video that explains how exercise and healthy eating can increase your chances of being able to conceive:

Exercise And Fertility:
What Are The Best Options?

Important Points To Remember

having a baby
Remember not to overdo things. Like anything, too much of somthing is not good. You don't want to push things past the point of what is healthy for you. Make sure you don't go below your healthy weight range. Just like being overweight, being underweight can also impact on your body functioning properly.
Try to exercise for about 30 minutes a day.
Choose exercises that you are comfortable with and won't give you an injury - for instance if you are overweight, and haven't participated in any forms of exercise for a long time, start out with gentler options like yoga and brisk walking, then as you get fitter you can start jogging.
On the other hand, if you are underweight, you still want to do some exercise, but the idea will be to keep it light again with activities like walking and yoga. Don't do anything too aerobic.
