Infertility Support: You Are not Alone

Infertility Support:
You Are not Alone

Infertility support isn't something that is openly talked about much, so it can be an isolating time for you and your partner if you are having trouble trying for a baby.
As someone who meets the definition of infertility, it can be annoying to always hear about everyone else who is getting pregnant, however have you noticed you don't normally hear about who isn't getting pregnant?

It can be very frustrating, and difficult to find someone to turn to who understands your feelings about struggling to become pregnant, that's why it is integral to find a good support person, or to seek out someone who is going through similar problems to yourself.

Infertility support may seem hard to come by, but sharing your problems with others can actually be freeing and make you feel as though you are lifting a weight from your shoulders.

Infertility support can exist among friends, family, co-workers, other people experiencing the same infertility problems, and even people you see everyday. It's just knowing who you can feel comfortable to share your story with.

If you are infertile, you may feel angst, but having an outlet, or someone to talk to can provide you with some relief. If the person or couple you are sharing your journey with are or have been infertile before, even better.

Draw Strength From Others

Having someone who can truly understand how it feels to be infertile makes your trials and tribulations much easier. But what if you feel there is no one who can give you infertility support?
