Most Fertile Days

Most Fertile Days

baby boy or girl
Do you know when your most fertile days are? Did you even know that there are better days in your cycle that will increase your chances of getting pregnant? There's also times during your cycle when you are highly unlikely to get pregnant. Knowing which days are which can be a big factor in helping you to achieve conception and pregnancy quicker.

Generally speaking, you are highly fertile leading up to ovulation. Ovulation happens around the middle of your cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle you should ovulate around day 14. But just remember, everyone is different and this isn't a rule.
You could ovulate earlier on day 12 or 13, or even later on day 15, 16 or 17. There are ways you can monitor your cycle to find out exactly when you ovulate.
You can do so by using a basal body thermometer, or by urinating on ovulation sticks, or even by using an ovulation predictor kit that tests from your saliva.
One other easy and free way to test when you are most fertile is by checking your cervical mucus. Without fertile cervical mucus you may have alot of trouble getting pregnant. That's why some women have used lubricants that are safe for couples trying to conceive.
It might pay you to check into the type of lubricant you are using, as most actually operate like a conception blocking the sperm from being able to move through the cervix to where the egg will come along for fertilization.
