Have a think about things for a moment... do you know what is stressing you?
Could it be work?
Raising a family?
Money?
Maybe you have a relationship that is in dis-repair?
Could your boss be giving you too big of a workload... more than you feel you can possibly give?

How To Manage Stress
The best way to manage stress is to identify and pick up on early signs of stress in yourself.
Have a think about what is causing your stress and work out any way you can minimize or overcome it. Then, most importantly, instead of turning to old habits when you are stressed, find a healthy alternative to address and reduce it.
Let me give you an example:Just say you are working a lot of hours and you feel as though you are neglecting family and have no time for things you want to do...
You start feeling a little resentful and frazzled. Right here is your first sign of stress.
It's at this point when you should do something about how you are beginning to feel.
Unfortunately some people will see this as just the start of things to come, and instead of acting now to rectify how they are feeling, they do nothing about it and fall into a state of helplessness and anxiousness.
You might think of going to your boss and putting in for a mini-break. You may say to your boss you are having some trouble and ask if there is any way to reduce your workload, at least temporarily, or can you have some help from someone else?
If your problem is permanent and something that is unchangeable or unfix-able, yet is causing you overwhelming feelings of stress, perhaps you could ask for a different job or role in your workplace - one with less pressure, or different to what you are doing? Or if you really can't change matters, maybe even decide to find a new job all-together.
Whatever you decide, do something.
