The Best Sex Positions
To Get Pregnant!
If you are having trouble conceiving, which are the best sex positions to get pregnant?
Although there is no scientific evidence to suggest one position is better than the other, coital positioning is something many have said works better for conception, and many couples have reported these positions as the ones that got them over the line!
The Top Two Best Sex Positions
Missionary Position
This is when you use gravity to help aid the process of conception by moving the sperm more easily towards the direction of the egg.Combine this with having good fertile cervical mucus which will also help them swim through your bodily fluids more easily, and your chances increase furthermore.
Therefore, going with the gravity theory, having the woman on top during intercourse is strongly discouraged if you are looking to optimise your chances of conceiving.
Knelt Position
If you have a tipped uterus it may be better to try a different tactic, say with the woman on her hands and knees and the male partner from behind (commonly referred to as 'doggy style').This position will allow better positioning for the sperm to reach the cervix. This is also generally a great position for getting pregnant too.
Make sure you remain tilted afterwards for 15 minutes to help the sperm swim with gravity and not against it to your fallopian tubes.

Prop Your Hips Up
It's not just during intercourse that you can increase your chances of conception, when you have finished intercourse, place a pillow under your hips, elevating them in this fashion for 15-20 minutes, to again use gravity to help the sperm reach the egg easier.
Time Orgasm
Positioning isn't the only thing to bear in mind, it's also good for the woman to try and orgasm, it is believed that when the woman orgasms and her reproductive system contracts it draws the sperm towards the cervix enhancing conception chances.
Positions To Avoid
You can identify when your most fertile times of the month are, so if you are serious about trying to have a baby, you can make sure you stick to the best positions at those most fertile times.
