Your Fertile Days -
When Is The Best Time To Get Pregnant?

Each month you have fertile days where your chances of being able to get pregnant dramatically increase.
Likewise, there are times in your cycle where your chances of pregnancy are very low.

That's because we have hormones that signal our body to prepare for conception. Our body actually goes through a lot of radical changes in preparation for conception, and a lot of factors have to be right for it all to happen.
You need to have good fertile cervical mucus, your progesterone levels need to be in balance with your estrogen levels, also you must ovulate and be able to release an egg for conception to happen. Some women don't experience regular ovulation which impedes the fertility process for them.
Timing intercourse is important and also the way you do intercourse can impact on your ability to conceive in any given month.
The most important factor is timing conception around your ovulation each month. You need to pinpoint when you ovulate and then usually the 5 days leading up to and including the day of ovulation are typically your best days to be able to conceive.

There are a number of ways you can predict ovulation:

bbt
- through use of an ovulation predictor kit
- use of saliva tests
- use of ovulation sticks which you urinate on
- use of a body basal thermometer
- checking your cervical mucus
If you still can't figure things out after doing all or any of these things, pay a visit to your doctor who might be able to help you out.
